Major tasks and responsibilities of position 本岗位的主要任务和职责
· Achieving sales target through drug store or end user education 实现销售指标;
· Establishing sales plan and scheduling own activities to implement sales plan in the field that include developing visiting agenda so that these targets are met 建立并通过各项活动和拜访来执行销售计划;
· Being in charge of monitor pricing among clients 维护并监控终端销售定价;
· Executing product education to drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services when visiting existing and new customers 在拜访消费者时对药店人员进行产品培训;
· Identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business 与客户保持良好的关系;
· Referring sales leads, customer feedback, and information On competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands 及时反馈市场信息给各类部门来调整各项策略;
Qualifications 任职要求
· Education level: higher than college degree. 大专以上文化程度
· Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving problems. 良好的领导能力,口头和书面表达能力,沟通能力,解决问题能力。
· Being integrity and positive. 为人正直,积极向上。
· Medical and medical device sales or medical education background is preferred, and fresh graduates are accepted.有医药及医疗器械销售或医疗教育背景优先,接受应届毕业生。
