Main role of the Job

主要职责

A  Develop, implement, communicate, ensure and maintain the quality plan to bring the production line into compliance with the markets requirements and the quality of the sister plants

A对生产线的产品质量进行研发、落实、沟通、保证以及维护，使产品的质量能够与市场要求和姐妹工厂生产出的质量相一致。

1.     Implement the quality requirements in compliance with the markets and the quality level of the Sister plants by:

通过如下方法去落实相关质量要求与市场以及姐妹工厂生产出的质量水平的一致性

2.     Promoting quality achievement and performance throughout the Machine line

提升整个 生产线的质量完成情况以及质量指标。

3.     Effectively interacting with the production teams to develop and to maintain quality

有效地与生产团队互动，以提高和保持产品的质量水平

4.     Training the production team to the customers’ requirements

培训生产团队了解客户的质量要求

5.     Guarantee the quality of the products by

supervising the quality testing activities

管理质量测试的相关活动

setting up and maintaining quality controls,  procedures and documentations

建立并维护相关质量控制、质量程序以及质量文件

giving the green or red light Ｏn the quality ( visual inspections, quality controls tests, visual inspections of the rolls)

为质量管理评绿灯或红灯(目视检查、质量控制测试以及成品的目视检查)

6.     Ensuring tests and procedures and properly understood, carried out and evaluated

确保相关测试以及程序能够被正确理解、实施和评价

7.     managing the quality control equipment’s Ｏn line equipments ( Ionicity, potential zeta, QCS, Porosity measurements, …) and off line ( laboratories equipment)

管理用于质量控制的生产线上设备(用于测量离子度、电位、QCS、多孔性的测试设备)和线下设备(实验室设备)

8.     Organizing and handling the calibration of the laboratory equipment according to the ISO standards.

根据ISO标准，组织并负责实验室设备的校准工作

9.     Proposing new measures, tests and new equipments in order to ensure the quality required by the customers

提出新的测量、测试方法以及新的设备，以确保质量满足客户的要求。

10.  Coordinating monthly quality management review meetings

协调月度质量管理总结会

11.  Creating a defects library, in the way to learn about the process and communicate to the production team about the quality issues,

建立不良品数据库，以此来学习相关工艺，同时对相关质量问题与生产团队进行沟通。

12.  Supports all internal departmental quality needs, evaluating and taking corrective action when necessary.

对所有的内部部门质量要求进行支持，在必要的时候对其进行评价并实施相应的改正措施。

13.  Supervise the   quality staff to carry out the tests and check the product

监督 质量人员在产品测试和检查上的实施情况

14.  Create and manage all the laboratories (control quality control, local product development laboratories, customers sampling and archiving…)

建立并管理所有的相关实验(质量控制、当地产品研发实验室，客户取样以及相应的归档工作)

B  Guarantee the quality of the raw materials used in the process

保证用于生产的原材料质量

15.  Maintain the raw materials quality control methods in compliance with the standards of other plant testing plans and policies or industry standards

维持与其他工厂测试计划和策略或行业标准相一致的原材料质量控制方法

16.  Manage the technical claim with the purchasing departments

与采购等部门一起对技术性索赔进行处理

18.  Manage and follow up the customer complaints/claims, understand the origin and provide solutions according to Company ISO9001:2015（IATF16949） standards and procedures.

对客户的投诉/索赔进行处理和跟进，了解对相关问题的原始解决方法，同时要能够根据公司的ISO9001:2015标准和程序

19.  Collect the information, check the results, communicate the concerns of the claims , realize the instructions and carry out the corrective / preventive actions plan

收集信息，检查相关质量结果，对索赔的相关事宜进行沟通，并对此执行相关程序和改正性/预防性措施

20.  Analyzes trends in regards to CARELLAB, internal audits, customer feedback, and conduct quality improvement.

分析CARELAB、内部审核和客户回馈的相关趋势，并领导执行质量改善活动

21.  Be the internal contact for the product development team

作为与产品研发团队联系的内部联系人

22.  Supply all the informations needed for the PD teams

为产品研发团队提供其所有需要的信息

23.  Prepare and realize the trials of new grades in relationship with the PD team

与产品研发团队一起准备和实施相关新产品的试产

D  Manage the very short term product development and support adjustments

与PD团队合作，对较短期的产品研发进行管理，同时对相关的小调整进行支持。

24.  Regarding the claims trends, the TCS requirements and in relationship with the PD team, ensure small adaptation of the quality

根据索赔的走势和TCS的要求，与产品研发团队一起确保进行小的质量调整

25.  Test new chemicals in order to improve the quality to reach the customers’ requirements

对新的化学品进行测试，以提高相应的产品质量，从而来达到客户的相关质量要求。

E  Oversee the administration of the ISO9001:2015（IATF16949） system documentation process at the workshop level, ensuring that internal audit procedures are carried out according to Company/ISO9001:2015（IATF16949） standards and procedures.

监督应用在车间的ISO9001:2015文件程序管理工作，确保内部审核程序能够根据公司的ISO9001:2015标准和程序有效地被执行。

F  Prepare WORKSHOP for annual and semi-annual  ISO9001:2015（IATF16949） assessments, acting as staff guide during actual WORKSHOP assessment; consults and discusses assessments with Quality site manager & plant management, making appropriate recommendations and setting timetable for improvement and correction.

为车间的年度以及半年度ISO9001:2015（IATF16949）审核做准备工作，在年审时担当员工指导；与质量现场经理和车间经理对审核进行磋商和讨论，对相关问题提出适当的建议，并对此建立对应的完善和改正时间表。

G  Manage quality team

管理所辖区域的质量团队

经验要求和学历要求

(minimum level of knowledge and skills to fulfill Ｏne’s responsibilities)

·      Bachelor’s degree 本科学历

·      >3 years’ experience related to quality management or related work in a manufacturing industry company (high level of quality and customers’ requirements). 

 在制造工业企业(具备高水平质量和客户要求)有3年以上的质量管理或相关经验。

·       An experience of implementation of a quality function will be an asset  

 具备实行质量职能经验者优先考虑。

·       An experience of QM system leading will be an asset. (ISO 9001, IATF16949,…)

 具有领导质量管理体系经验者优先（ 9001, 16949,等）

·       Continuous improvement experience and six sigma is a plus,

     具备实施持续改善和6Sigma使用经验者优先

·       Prefer to have foreign company experience…
